These rates apply to all European countries.

Production Time. Standard items are usually dispatched the same day (for orders placed before 17:00). However, if the item is a custom design, production may take 8–12 weeks. This is in addition to the shipping times above.

  • Orders placed before 17:00 — if no preparation is required and the item is not a custom product — are dispatched the same day.
  • On Saturdays, the last dispatch time is 12:00.
  • We are closed on Sundays; orders are dispatched on the next business day.
  • Dispatch of custom-made items requiring preparation depends on production time.

How Is Delivery Time Calculated?

The total time consists of two stages:

  • Preparation time: usually same day for standard items (before 17:00)
  • Shipping time: depending on the selected shipping option

Duties & Taxes

For deliveries within the EU, taxes and customs duties are covered by us. Any customs charges in non-EU countries are the responsibility of the recipient.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery are charged to the customer, and the cost is deducted from the refund.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

A tracking number is assigned to every order. You will be notified by email once your parcel is dispatched, and you can track its status at any time.
