Returns and Refunds
Returns: You can return items within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Products;
* Custom-made products and personalized items requiring special design cannot be returned as they are produced upon individual request.
* Returns are not available for hygiene products such as earrings, balaclavas, and grillz.
* Returns are not available for event products like Mystery Boxes.
How can I make a return?
After your order reaches you, you can send an email between 09:00 - 17:00 to info@gcentralstore.com stating the product you wish to return, along with your order number. You will be guided through the necessary steps in the reply email.
* The product(s) must be suitable for resale and you must send them back with the original packaging.
* There is no need to write on the box, apply extra tape, etc.
* Once the returned product enters our warehouse and is checked, the refund process takes 1-14 business days for credit cards and 1-30 business days for debit cards. This duration is not related to us but is the processing time between the virtual POS and your bank.
* For wire transfer payments, refunds will be made to the IBAN you provided via email within 1-7 business days.
