After purchasing the box, you can see what you have won from the box by pressing the open box button.
If you are not satisfied with the product you won after opening the box, ''G Central Store'' can buy the box back by paying you 60% of the box fee as reward points. With these reward points, you can open a new Mystery Box or purchase any product you wish. Please note that you must log in for this process.
If you do not take action on the product that comes out of the Mystery Box within 10 hours after opening, the product will be shipped to you. The product delivered to you cannot be returned or exchanged due to the philosophy of "Mystery Box".
