The production process for these unique pieces, which will be specially produced for you, differs from stock products. We need time and your patience to produce these unique pieces. In custom-designed products, every step of production is done from scratch. Each piece has a 6-7 stage production process (Design, Mold, Casting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Stone Setting, etc.). Since these processes are redone for each order, problems that may arise during the process often cause delays as they necessitate restarting production. While stock products are shipped on the same day, due to the reasons mentioned above, custom-designed products will be produced and delivered to you within 8-12 weeks. After placing an order, production begins once we call and receive your approval on the next business day. Returns are not accepted for custom-designed products that have entered the production phase.
There are no returns for products that have been completed and delivered to you. G CENTRAL STORE provides a lifetime warranty for repairs in case of any issues with the product.
