The production process for these unique pieces, which will be specially produced for you, differs from stock products. We need time and your patience to produce these unique pieces. In custom-designed products, every production step is done from scratch. Each piece has a 6-7 stage production process. (Design, Mold, Casting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Stone Setting, etc.) Since these processes are redone for each order, problems that may arise during the process often cause production to restart from scratch, leading to delays. While stock products are shipped on the same day, due to the reasons above, custom-designed products will be produced and delivered to you within 8-12 weeks. After placing an order for the product, production begins after we call you and receive confirmation on the next business day. Returns are not accepted for custom-designed products that have entered the production phase.
