The production process for these unique pieces, which will be custom-made for you, differs from in-stock items. To create these unique pieces, we need time and your patience. For custom-designed products, every step of the production is done from scratch. Each piece goes through a 6-7 stage production process (Design, Mold, Casting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Stone Setting, etc.). Since these processes are redone for each order, problems that may arise during the process often lead to delays as production may need to be restarted. While in-stock products are shipped on the same day, due to the reasons mentioned above, Custom Designed products will be produced and delivered to you within 8-12 weeks. After placing an order, you will be called by us on the next business day for confirmation, and then the production phase will begin. Returns are not accepted for Custom Designed products once they have entered the production phase.
There are no returns for products that have been completed and delivered to you. For any issues that may arise with the product, G CENTRAL STORE offers a lifetime guarantee for repairs.
