The production process for these unique pieces, which will be custom-made for you, differs from stock items. We need time and your patience to produce these unique pieces. For custom-designed products, every step of production is done from scratch. Each piece has a 6-7 stage production process (Design, Mold, Casting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Stone Setting, etc.). Since these processes are redone for each order, problems that may arise during the process often cause production to restart, leading to delays. While stock products are shipped on the same day, due to the reasons mentioned above, Custom Designed products will be completed and delivered to you within 8-12 weeks. After you place an order, we will call you on the next business day for confirmation, and then the production phase will begin. Returns are not accepted for Custom Designed products that have entered the production phase.
There are no returns for products that have been completed and delivered to you. For any issues that may arise with the product, G CENTRAL STORE provides a lifetime warranty for repairs.
