The production process for these unique custom-made pieces differs from stock products. We need time and your patience to produce these unique pieces. For custom-designed products, every step of production is done from scratch. Each piece has a 6-7 stage production process (Design, Mold, Casting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Stone Setting, etc.). Since these processes are redone for each order, problems that arise during the process often restart production, causing delays. While stock products are shipped on the same day, due to the reasons above, custom-designed products will be produced and delivered to you within 8-12 weeks. After placing an order, we will call you the next business day for confirmation, and then the production phase will begin. Returns are not accepted for custom-designed products that have entered the production phase.
