The production process for these unique pieces, which will be specially produced for you, differs from stock products. To produce these unique pieces, we need time and your patience. For custom-designed products, every production step is done from scratch. Each piece has a 6-7 stage production process (Design, Mold, Casting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Stone Setting, etc.). Since these processes are redone for each order, problems that may arise during the process often cause delays as they may require starting production from scratch. While stock products are shipped on the same day, due to the reasons mentioned above, Custom Designed products will be produced and delivered to you within 8-12 weeks. After placing an order, production begins after we call you on the next business day and receive confirmation. Returns are not accepted for Custom Designed products that have entered the production stage.
