The production process for these unique pieces, which will be specially produced for you, differs from in-stock items. We need time and your patience to produce these unique pieces. In custom-designed products, every step of production is done from scratch. Each piece has a 6-7 stage production process (Design, Mold, Casting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Stone Setting, etc.). Since these processes are redone for each order, problems that may arise during the process often cause delays because they restart production from the beginning. While in-stock products are shipped on the same day, due to the reasons mentioned above, Custom Designed products will be produced and delivered to you within 8-12 weeks. After an order is placed, we will call you on the next business day for confirmation, and then the production phase will begin. Returns are not accepted for Custom Designed products that have entered the production phase.
There are no returns for products that have been produced and delivered to you. For any problems that may occur with the product, G CENTRAL STORE provides a lifetime guarantee for repair.
