The production process for these unique pieces, which will be custom-made for you, differs from that of stock products. To create these unique pieces, we need time and your patience. For custom-designed products, every step of the production is done from scratch. Each piece undergoes a 6-7 stage production process (Design, Mold, Casting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Stone Setting, etc.). Since these processes are redone for each order, problems that arise during the process often lead to delays as production may need to be restarted. While stock products are shipped on the same day, due to the reasons mentioned above, custom-designed products will be produced and delivered to you within 8-12 weeks. After you place an order, we will call you the next business day to get your confirmation, and then the production phase will begin. Returns are not accepted for custom-designed products that have entered the production phase.
