The production process for these unique pieces, which will be custom-made for you, differs from that of in-stock items. To create these unique pieces, we need time and your patience. For custom-designed products, every step of the production is done from scratch. Each piece has a 6-7 stage production process (Design, Mold, Casting, Stone Setting, Polishing, Stone Setting, etc.). Since these processes are redone for each order, problems that may arise during the process often cause delays because they require restarting production. While in-stock items are shipped on the same day, due to the reasons mentioned above, Custom Designed products will be produced and delivered to you within 8-12 weeks. After placing an order, we will call you on the next business day for confirmation before proceeding to the production stage. Returns are not accepted for Custom Designed products that have entered the production stage.
