The shipping fee paid for the return will be deducted from the amount of your order.

This amount varies depending on your region, country or the service you choose.

The shipping fee you paid when purchasing the product cannot be returned to you because you received the shipping service.

Do not return the product without contacting us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.


Free Gifts are associated with a minimum order value or other requirements as specified at time of order.  If part or all of the original transaction is returned, such that you fall below the original required order value, the Free item must be returned in its original condition.  

When returning products purchased through a campaign, the normal price can be calculated and deducted from the total campaign amount, and the price can be balanced with the other product.

We gladly accept returns for items in unworn, brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after your delivery date will not be refunded.
