In order to have a Custom Grille, you must first have a dental mold. You can buy your dental mold with the option that appears when purchasing the product, click on the ''Make an Appointment'' section in Istanbul to make an appointment, go to our grill office on the appointment date and have your dental mold taken. If you are outside of Istanbul, you can get your grill mold from a local dentist and have this mold shipped to us. You do not need to make an appointment or buy a dental mold kit when purchasing for this process. When you are going to have more than one tooth made, it is enough to get 1 mold.
You can choose which tooth the grill will be made for by looking at the tooth numbers in the product visual section. You can write the tooth or tooth numbers you choose, the grill model, material and color options you like, in the box that appears. After creating an order, we can contact you via e-mail or phone to reconfirm and fill out the form.
*A mold must be taken in order for the grill to be produced according to your mouth structure.
*You can create an appointment for the mold from our workshop in Istanbul by adding the optional mold purchase option that appears when purchasing the product to the basket.
*You can get your dental mold from local dentists from other cities, and you can contact us and send the plaster mold you received.
* Grill will be produced based on the tooth mold sent.
*Grill mold is completed 4-6 weeks after the approval of the mold.
*You need to get your current dental mold for grill production.
*Grill is not suitable for every tooth structure.
*Grill is not suitable for customers who have braces or plate treatment on their teeth.
* For sets of 6 and more, the set can be divided into 2 for ease of use.
* For sets of 6, the back of the front teeth can be cut for ease of use.
*It is not a medical product, it is for accessory purposes.
Usage: Do not eat, drink or smoke with the grill. Do not sleep with the grill. Be careful when using the grill. If you swallow the grill or otherwise injure your mouth/tooth, seek medical attention immediately.
Grill can cause tooth wear and discoloration when worn continuously. Pay extra attention to dental care and hygiene when using the grill.
Storage: Always store your grill on your dental mold when you remove it.
Cleaning: Rinse your grill with warm water and soap whenever you remove it. Brush the inside of your grill with a soft toothbrush and soap. Bacteria and food particles can accumulate between your grill and your teeth, so a dirty grill can cause tooth decay and plaque. Rinse your grill frequently to remove food particles and bacteria.
Polishing: You can polish your grill with a jewelry polishing cloth from time to time to protect it from stains. You can take your grill to a jeweler for a deep polish and cleaning. Do not have the inside of your grill polished as this can damage the fit.
Fit: Your grill should not hurt or scratch your teeth and should not fall out of its seat. It should fit comfortably on your teeth. If it is too tight or loose, you can soak your grill in warm water for 10 minutes. Then, gently expand or tighten it with your fingers. Apply a very small amount of pressure to prevent metal tearing. Use only your fingers, do not use pliers etc.
Grillz is metal (925 Silver, 14K, 18K Gold) and reacts to temperature. Minimal expansion and contraction with hot and cold is normal.
